What happens after I create a new organization?
After creating a new organization in Vyvern, the platform will guide you through the initial onboarding process.
The next step is adding employees to the organization. Employees can be added individually or imported in bulk using CSV upload.
Why are employees required?
Vyvern requires employee information to ensure workflows are targeting the correct individuals within an organization.
This helps prevent:
Incorrect targeting
Invalid workflow generation
Accidental testing against unrelated individuals
Inaccurate organizational verification
Employee validation is an important safety measure built into the platform.
While Vyvern’s AI can independently gather organizational and structural information, employee submission helps confirm the intended targets before workflows are proposed or executed.
What happens after employees are added?
Once employee information has been added, Vyvern’s AI will begin generating workflow proposals for review.
These proposals may include:
Social engineering campaigns
Security awareness testing
Employee research workflows
Technical testing recommendations
Compliance-related proposals
Generated workflows appear in the Proposals section of the platform.
Are workflows automatically executed?
No.
Generated workflows must first be reviewed and approved before execution unless your organization has configured Autopilot settings that allow automatic approval.
For newly created organizations, Vyvern manually reviews initial workflows to ensure:
Safe workflow generation
Accurate target validation
Proper platform usage
Appropriate workflow behavior and restrictions
Can I create workflows manually instead?
Yes.
Organizations can manually create workflows at any time from the Proposals page using the Manual Creation option.
Recommended Next Steps
After organization creation, we recommend:
