Why are my workflows being manually reviewed?

For new organizations, the first 20 workflows generated by Vyvern are manually reviewed by our team before approval.

This process helps ensure:

  • The safety of both the organization and workflow targets

  • The AI has a strong understanding of the organization and employee environment

  • Proposed workflows align with the platforms, restrictions, and operational requirements of the organization

What is being reviewed?

During the review process, we evaluate:

  • Target selection and accuracy

  • Platform understanding and compatibility

  • Workflow realism and safety

  • Organizational restrictions or compliance concerns

  • Overall workflow quality and expected outcomes

This allows us to refine early workflow generation and reduce inaccurate or low-quality proposals.

Why is this necessary?

New organizations may have:

  • Different communication platforms

  • Unique security policies

  • Compliance requirements

  • Limited employee data initially available

The initial review period helps Vyvern better understand your environment before allowing more autonomous workflow approval.

What happens after the first 20 workflows?

Once sufficient context and workflow quality have been established:

  • Manual review requirements are reduced or removed

  • Autopilot and automated approvals become more effective

  • Workflow generation becomes more tailored to the organization

Does this delay workflow creation?

No. Workflows are still generated normally, but approval may take additional time while reviews are completed.
