How to Create and Manage Workflows in Vyvern
Step 1
Navigate to the “Proposals” tab on the left sidebar.
Step 2
From this page, you can:
View all AI-generated workflow proposals
Approve or reject proposals
Create workflows manually
Manage Autopilot (auto-approval system)

To approve or reject a proposal:
Click “Approve” to convert it into an active workflow
Click “Reject” to discard it
Step 4
To view more details about a proposal:
Click on the proposal
This will open the Overview page, where you can see:

Timeline
Risk assessment
Approvals

Navigate to the “Plan” tab to view:
The AI-generated workflow steps
Mission objectives
Expected outcomes
Step 6
To create a workflow manually:
Click “Manual Creation”
Follow the guided prompts to configure your workflow

To manage Autopilot:
Use the Autopilot toggle on the Proposals page
Set the maximum approval priority
Select eligible campaign types
