How to Configure AI Proposal Generation in Vyvern
Step 1
Click the account dropdown in the top right corner, then select “Organization Settings.”
Step 2
Navigate to the “AI Settings” tab.
Step 3
Enable or disable Auto-Generate Proposals.
When enabled, Vyvern will automatically generate proposals based on your selected configuration
Step 4
Choose a generation frequency:
Hourly
Every 6 Hours
Daily
Weekly
This determines how often proposals are generated.
Step 5
Select the proposal types you want to generate:
Market Analysis
Process Improvement
Technology Audit
Employee Research
You can enable or disable any combination based on your needs.
Step 6
Click “Save Settings” to apply your changes.
You can also click “Generate Now” to immediately trigger proposal generation.
